Not just for those with injuries, pain or specific training goals, the online clinic is here to serve anyone who wants clear guidance from a trusted source who understands their specific needs.
You essentially get an Exercise Physiologist in your pocket at a fraction of the price and without having to book an appointment!
How it Works
Step 1:
Online Assessment
You will complete the detailed online questionnaire including information about your lifestyle, exercise/medical history, stress & program preferences. It will also include a video upload section that will allow us to assess your movement.
Step 2:
Program Proposal
You will then receive a tailored plan as well as a short video explaining everything that was picked up in your assessment. This will include your program quote. If you would like to make any tweaks before starting, we can do that at this stage too.
Step 3:
Beyond Blueprint
You'll receive your personalised Blueprint - your roadmap for the next 12 (or so) weeks. It includes your goals, tailored exercise program, nervous system recommendations if relevant, key resources, plus access to your training app.
Step 4:
Start Your Program
On the app, you can complete your sessions anytime, anywhere while tracking progress and messaging me for support whenever needed. You receive ongoing check ins and personalised technique feedback to keep you tracking towards your goals.
